The Objective
Information Leadership is a New Zealand owned specialist in Microsoft 365, SharePoint and information management, working with government agencies, councils, utilities and commercial organisations across the country. They're an award-winning Microsoft partner with more than 200 customers.
They came to What IF Web through an industry referral, needing their website to better reflect the calibre of that work. Their existing site needed updating, and an early Figma concept wasn't yet solving their design or brand challenges. With a new marketer joining to lead their content direction, they wanted a site that looked modern, felt like the sharp, credible IT partner they are, and gave their team an easy way to manage and grow it themselves.
What We Did
We started with the design. Working alongside their incoming marketer, we refined the existing concept so it aligned with their new brand direction and did justice to their positioning, lifting the overall look and feel to match a business that sits at the front of its field.
From there we built the site in Webflow on a clean, component-based system. Rather than a set of one-off pages, we created a library of reusable building blocks the team can assemble into new pages quickly and consistently, keeping everything on-brand as the site grows.
We paired that with an easy-to-manage CMS, so content updates, new service pages and future additions can all be handled in-house without needing a developer. The result is a site their team genuinely owns, structured to stay tidy and scalable well beyond launch.
"I've been very impressed by the team at What IF web. They have completely smashed it, giving us a website design that is streets ahead of what we had. They are responsive, easy to work with and good at explaining options and what they are doing. A great service all round!"

The Result
Information Leadership now has a modern website that reflects their standing as one of New Zealand's leading information management specialists, built on a component system their team can use to create new pages themselves.
The CMS-driven setup means the site is genuinely theirs to manage, with a structure that supports easy updates and future growth without ongoing reliance on outside help.
