Will I be able to make changes to my website myself once it’s live?
Of course. It’s your website after all. Once your Webflow site is live, we’ll transfer full ownership to your personal account so you’re in complete control. Webflow’s CMS is incredibly user-friendly, which is one of the many reasons our clients love it. And, to make things even easier, we’ll also provide training videos so your team can manage updates with confidence. Need extra support? We’re here for ad hoc updates, retainers, or post-launch consulting.
Do you offer SEO strategy?
We don’t offer full SEO strategy, but we do handle technical SEO. That means we build your site in a way that gives you the best shot at ranking. Fast load times, clean code, and proper structure. Think of it as the trampoline that helps your SEO bounce higher. If you’re running a campaign or hiring an SEO agency later, your site will already be ready to go. We also now offer AI Search as a service.
Can you help us add new pages or features after launch?
Think of us as your website's ride or die team, (or more formally, growth partners). We're not just here to crush bugs but to help your website grow, we're all in on helping with website designs, CMS upgrades, or new integrations
Can you train my team or help us manage things ourselves?
Every site we launch comes with custom Loom videos, showing your team exactly how to handle the day to day in the CMS. Need a refresher later or something new? Just give us a shout.
Can I evolve the brand with you over time?
Absolutely. A lot of our clients circle back for new extentions to their brand as their business grows and evolves. That work can live inside support hours or be scoped separately depending on size.
Do I need a whole new project if I want bigger changes?
Not always. Most requests like new pages fit inside support hours. If it starts heading toward full rebuild territory, we’ll flag it early and scope it transparently. You’ll always know what’s coming, and stay in control.
How does support pricing work?
Flexible as you need it. Hourly, fixed, or a monthly retainer. Pick what fits your workflow. You can also check out our pricing page for more on that.
Do you work on retainers or an hourly basis?
What IF Web works on an hourly, ad-hoc basis for ongoing support. Instead of a fixed monthly retainer, clients pay for the time spent on each request. Response times don't depend on tier. Clients get the same team, and the same speed. Doesn't matter whether they log one hour a month or twenty.
